I made her this card since her party is a polka dot theme so she got lots of polka dots 😊 I used circle happy birthday frame by MFT stacked several times to give dimension, the one is from large numbers framelits by SU, the st is from number of years set also by SU with rose bud ink, the balloons are punched with the balloon bouquet by SU, twine from stash, the hippo is from two sets by The Stamps of Life hippo2stamp and solid4hippo, I used black licorice hybrid, angel pink and London fog inks. For the grey part I used the kissing technique with a dot background stamp by Impress, the pasture grass is a steel craft die by Memory Box
