One Sheet Wonder 6x6
This is one of the layouts/templates I did for the OSW 6x6, I have several packs of 6x6 but don't use them a lot as normally my papers are for layers and by the time I cut the paper seems there is not enough for two cards but somehow using the paper for a OSW I was able to do with these cuts 4 cards, go figure LOL All messages were stamped with tuxedo black ink
the two little pieces went to recycle I know probably could be saved for something but is just paper and I didn't :0)
this message is from the hostess set time of year by SU, the butterfly is from the set close to the heart by Birch Press Design
the thank you is from the set big greetings by Avery Elle and the rest of the message is from Hero Art's stamp & cut set thanks
this one is from million and one set by SU

Shoebox Tuesday
Today's shoebox project is a very clean and simple card no stamping involved! Jennifer Mcguire has done cards using word dies or alphabet dies and I had been wanting to do something like that so going through my dies I found this die by Winnie & Walter that was perfect for it
I used some polka dot card bases I had for my front layer and rhinestones from Eyelet Outlet & Brads. I mounted the hello die with foam tape but make sure I didn't lose any of the negative pieces as I use all the pieces...the negative part is flat and the hello raised.

As you have noticed, I love black and white so this was a favorite of mine butterfly and black & white. The idea of the layout was from Brandy. I made this layout with different messages some for my personal use others for donation. For all cards, I used the background paper which is from a black & white Recollections pack; brick wall textured impression folder by SU; square stitched die by The Stamps of Life and the monarch butterfly punch is by Martha Stewart

1st Anniversary
Today is our eldest first wedding anniversary and when we celebrated our first anniversary one of my sisters gave us a clock as she said it was the modern symbol of the first wedding anniversary so decided to use that symbol for their card. The background is Kassie's brocade embossing folder by Cuttlebug, the clock is part of the die set retro mod clocks by Spellbinders I used some cracked pistachio ink to add dimension on the face of the clock which was mounted on foam, the message is from memorable moments by SU with tuxedo black

My Anniversary
Today is our 22nd anniversary and this is the card I made for Bret. I decided since we met in Acapulco a beach theme would be nice :0) so using my new dies that haven't been used since I got them was the perfect reason and since I love white on white would be the way to go. I use two dies by Memory Box, deep sea corner & oceana corner; the message was done with memorable moments set by SU with tuxedo black ink

Sympathy tree
I saw a card on Pinterest using I think lovely as a tree and I even though I do have that set I decided to use a different stamp. I used fall trees stamp by Inkadinkado, I stamped the whole think and then I played around with my Evo templates to see which part of the trees I liked best for the card and that was what I cut.
I left my cards originally without message, they were going to be for sympathy but I could put the message I needed depending on to whom it was going at the time of need. I used SU sets for both of these but didn't write which one as I was stamping as I was sending the card and was just making sure I was taking a photo and didn't update recipe :0(

Shoebox Thursday by Candee
For today's shoebox project, Candee had a clean and simple card using I think a DSP by SU but not sure as the paper was already cut for us and packets were ready for us to pick which one we like all we had to do was pick the color/image we liked, embossed the paper and put card together. I haven't seen this paper demoed by any other demonstrator so that's why not sure if it's SU or another company sorry :0) all Candee said was part of a paper pack which most companies sell their papers in pack other than JoAnn's and Michaels that you're lucky to buy just the paper you like!! the folder we used is SU's garden trellis

Shoebox Tuesday
I have been working on one sheet wonder for my donation box so for today's project I had a 6x6 one sheet wonder for my friends so pretty much they got to do more than one card this time as they got to pick one sheet of paper and depending on the OSW they picked, was the amount of cards they were making.
The cards I have been working on are with a 12x12 OSW which haven't finished all the cards...the cards are done but the messages aren't all done. I decided to use Michele Boyer's idea on how to make the cards so that was the same concept I used for these OSW. Obviously, these were just ideas on how to cut the 6x6 but they could cut their paper any way they wanted and if they wanted they could do something different on how to make the cards, this is what was working for me right now for my donation box. I also had several sets of messages for them to use in case they wanted to do their cards like mine

Full 6x6 sheet
cut, as suggested by Michele papers with no direction works best for OSW and it does if you don't want to worry on how you "need" to place your pieces as I have done papers that does have direction and you do have to pay attention how you place on card.
For this card, the message is halftone thanks set by Altenew with tuxedo black ink

Shoebox Thursday
For today's shoebox project I had another split panel card. This time the idea came from Stamp Smiles. It was outside my box a bit since I had to mount my layer kiddy Wam papas (sp??)
I used my set of stitched rectangles dies by The Stamp of Life for my black layer and double stitched rectangles from Katscrappiness for the white layer. The flower is from take heart set by CTHM with regular distress ink wilted violet and the DTP was done with distress oxide ink wilted violet the message is from Spanish sentiments by Little Darlings Rubber Stamps also with regular distress ink wilted violet. The white layer was mounted straight on the black but the black was mounted on foam on the purple

Wetlands
This card was done from something I saw on Pinterest, the card itself didn't have a watermark but it was from Splitcoaststampers unfortunately by clicking on the image it didn't take me anywhere.
I used palm leaves embossing folder by Cuttlebug, wetlands set by SU stamped with rich cocoa then I punched my first circle with Recollections punch and the next size punch is by EK Success. The original sample had birthday message but I decided not to put a message that way I could have it for birthday or thinking of you in any language

Shoebox Tuesday by Darlene
For today's project, Darlene had a clean and simple card using clear acetate by Stamp on it. We found these cool printed acetates at the show back in June and as many of the things we buy didn't use and she finally got to do something with hers!!
This was what I did on my card...we got to pick our acetate image, embossing folder and if we wanted to put a border or not. I used spots & dots by Cuttlebug and to have it less embossed I die cut my frame after I had embossed my front so you could see the embossed paper but wasn't too deep. We used Fun Stampers Journey rectangles dies and Starform peel-off stickers
