Shoebox Tuesday

For today's shoebox project I made a card that was inspired by something I saw in Connie Stewart's blog.

I used wonderfall SU set, falling leaves and all season tree sets by Heartfelt Creations all the stamping was done with crumb cake. I added some hello honey stitched satin ribbon and autumn wooden element both by SU

While I had the supplies out for the shoebox and a mingle (aka swap) I also did some others but changed the message so I could use for either birthday or anniversary using ornamental butterflies stamp set by Poppy Stamps
