And this is the last Halloween card from the workshop at Impress. This House Mouse image is now carry by Stampendous. The cool thing that Stampendous carry House Mouse is that they're cling mount but downside no color index

Krazy Kreations cake card kit

This kit was weird it had enough supplies for 4 cards but the sticker package only cover 3 cards :0) now have to get another sticker package or use something else for the extra card :0) peel off stickers were by Krazy Kreations colored with Copic Markers

Normally what I do is put all the cards together of all the kits I have, this way I can make whatever changes I'll be making to cards...whether is size or changing embellishments or whatever this way helps me to see how many cards I can make out of the kits. When I feel like coloring I color the peel-offs glitter sheets. I might color all of them or just color a kit at a time. If I color a kit at a time is so I can fuzzy cut and complete cards at once; when I colored all at once when I feel up to doing something that involve not thinking or concentration I fuzzy cut and maybe finish cards other times just cut and put all together so I can put together later as it would just be glue those pieces and can be a project away from home :0)

Shoebox Thursday

Today was Linda's turn to host our play day and have the shoebox project and she did a great job. Love the colors. All supplies were SU my sky is a bit muddy but like it :0)

Copic Workshop

Last year I attended a workshop at Impress cards were Christmas, Winter & Halloween, I did finish coloring all images at the class just didn't finish my cards :0)

This week I didn't make the project :0) but this is what I got to do instead, the stamp is from the Paper Pumpkin May this year I think, the ribbon is SU, the jewels are by Queen & Co.

I always enjoy working on the Krazy Kreations card kits, don't do too much changes and now that it comes with the glitter paper I don't have to mess with glitter :0) Peel off stickers are by them colored with Copic Markers

Fancy wings

In a Yahoo group the theme for a mingle was anything with butterflies or dragonflies so I combine both :0) I used a Sizzix texture impressions embossing folder that had both bugs and Spellbinder D-lite die. Probably should have used different color as it doesn't show as well but I like black :0)

I added acetate where the dragonfly is

and added one on the inside also

Shoebox Thursday

Today was my turn to host our Thursday play day, for the shoebox project decided to use one of the new bundles. I had seen several samples using this SU set and punch so this was my take to a quick and easy card. I gave them two options even though I knew what they would pick

For both options I used a paper that wouldn't have been used since it was a 12x12 frame and I don't do scrapbooking the message & acorn is from the Acorny Thank You SU set and the background is CTMH ink blot set

For this one I added the little acorn from the autumn wooden elements and gold thread.

Stampin' Up TLC

This past weekend I attended a Christmas workshop with one of the local demonstrators. We got to make 10 cards. All supplies SU unless otherwise noted

This card I added pearls to all the little poinsettias not just the middle

This one because we were using a 12x12 paper not everyone got the same piece and my piece didn't have the reindeer in the middle with the bow to add the red rhinestone

This one I added a red rhinestone by Recollections

This one I added glossy accent to the stars on top of the glitter first so the glitter wouldn't go everywhere and second to give it a shine

and this last card I colored with Copic Markers instead of watercolor technique 

Shoebox Tuesday

For today's shoebox project I wanted to use one of my new CTMH stamp set going back to using new stamp sets :0) so made a quick and easy monochromatic card. The twine was from my stash, punch by EK Success

Sunday Tip or Technique

This was another Sunday TT the original tutorial was in Dutch and paper size was from over there so I played with it with our size paper and 8.5" x 11" worked pretty good

Class in the mail

Last month Frenchie had this class in the mail. I did some changes to the original tutorial or instructions

This first card I changed the sequins for faux pearls, the fibers were supposed to be from the burlap ribbon but I used linen thread. Instead of using the aqua painter to add splat technique I used gorgeous grunge set

On this one again I used gorgeous grunge instead of the splat technique. For the leaves I was supposed to use the watercolor wash technique...you wet your watercolor paper then with aqua painter and reinkers you start adding color BUT what I did is used sponges.Also more linen thread 

This one I glued upside down so my card ended up the wrong direction, since they're leaves guess it didn't matter too much :0) the leaf is part of the paper I did for the leaves in the previous card, instead of doing the background with the brad I used the tiny leaf from autumn leaves set. My block made like a little frame when stamping with it and maybe because I use stampin' spots but ink wasn't as dark as her stamping with pad

This one I used a message from Avery Elle and I didn't crumple the green leaf 

On this last card I didn't pay attention when putting my paper inside the folder so instead of having the woodgrain going vertical I have it horizontal, the message (which you can't really see) on the label is by Endless Creations and I forgot to stamp the leaves guess they looked ok to me so didn't even think about something missing and again I didn't wrinkle the long leaf

Sunday Tip or Technique

Another card from my list that I was able to cross off. This time is a pocket front card. Again all supplies are SU since I've been lazy and haven't put things away...one of these days I'll have everything back to where they belong :0)

The damask folder is by Sizzix, the DSP is SU as well as butterflies and labels. Circle punch EK Success

Sunday Tip or Technique

Finally got to go through my long list of things to make or try either from my Sunday Tip or Technique, Tuesday Try This or the topics in my yahoo groups or course I also have things on Pinterest or blogs that would like to do but thought I will watch up on the others first :0)

This is one is one of the older things on my list that finally was able to cross. The tutorial was by Dawn O and it was using two background stamps. I used the same stamps she used as they were at hand, all supplies are SU. I used tip top taupe on everything. The stamps are woodgrain, sunflower and echoes of kindness, since the sunflower had the index on it wouldn't stick to block so was having a hard time stamping that's why I don't add the index specially on big stamps

I posted some of the cards I did with this paper pumpkin here, those were more any day cards and of course these were more of what the kit was supposed to be...Halloween.
Besides the supplies from the kit I used SU's gorgeous grunge and washi tape from my stash

Shoebox Tuesday

For today's shoebox I made a manly card that I had seen on Pinterest. Hardwood stamp by SU, embossing folder Tim Holtz/Sizzix, misc punches, brads by Recollections, message unknown

Sending wishes

I did this clean and simple card...one layer card except for the butterfly than the wings are bend it's pretty much flat. Used the butterfly basic stamp set and woodgrain

This weekend I attended a SU workshop. We made 10 Christmas cards

This card I added rhinestones to most snowflakes

This one was using sequins which I don't like so added rhinestones

here once again since I don't like sequins I added rhinestones on top of the bermuda bay sequins
