Shoebox Thursday by Jean

For today's shoebox project it was Jean's turn and she had this lovely frame.

We did the frame with score board. The embossing folder is Sizzix the flower dies in frame and words are by The Stamps of Life. The two oval punches, butterfly and flowers on outside frame are SU punches, rhinestones from her stash

Legos

This is another card as gift plus donation box. For the gift I use the great-grandkid birthday for the donation box I didn't put a birthday number so it could be given to anyone. The idea was from Tina White.

You can't really tell but the black piece is embossed with polka dots by Cuttlebug, the legos were done with EK Success's 1" square and Itty Bitty punch by SU, the happy birthday is Rubber Marbles and the number is SU punched out with Martha Stewart punch

Shoebox Tuesday

For today's shoebox I got the idea from a card on Pinterest by Tracy Ercole that she did for a Less is more challenge using mostly purple so of course the card called me right away :0) this is my take to her card

I used an Inkadinkado stamp, the message is by Simon Says Stamp, the butterfly is by Memory Box I stamped it then cut with Brother Scan N Cut then masked and added another stamp by Memory Box as this butterfly originally has only design on one side the other side is blank. When I bought the two stamps they had thought they were cool but obviously as time when by didn't like too much that one side is blank as somehow don't like it. I can't remember any samples with it so not sure what the intention of being this way :0) anyway I kind of like it having two textures. I only glued one side of the butterfly down and added some pearls from my stash

Cookie monster

I normally give my adoptive grandma a set of cards as a gift for Christmas so this gift also included the cards. I made extras so I can put in my donation box for Send A Smile 4 Kids obviously there weren't enough to fill a box so had to work on some more cards also asked my friends if they wanted to help. Also decided to recycle cards I had gotten in my mingles and some RAKs that were suitable for kids

This is one of the cards I made, the idea was from Rachel Tessman used misc. circle punches

Proud Marine

Today the son of my dearest friend had his ceremony of becoming Lieutenant Colonel in the Marines.

This is the card I made for him, pretty simple card idea from Pinterest, it didn't have watermark and the link provided didn't work so don't know who created the card. I used papers from my stash, the message is Hero Arts, punched the stars with a SU punch

Pet sympathy

While searching Split Coast Stampers saw that May's card for a cause was Rose's Fund for Animals. Since I found it quite late I just checked my stash and found a couple card designs that could work for them so send them right away.

This one was a pretty clean and simple the dies are Spellbinders and the message is Northwood Rubber Stamps

And this one, the stamp is a by Stamp Gallery a King Charles Cavalier, the background is from a Hero Arts tiny backgrounds and the message by Stamptastic
