On the twelfth day of Christmas and Epiphany I show you the card I sent my family for the holiday. The stamp is by SU and I got the idea from Pinterest, don't know by whom as it only said stampinconnections.com

Shoebox Tuesday

On the 11th day of Christmas and our first meeting in 2016 for Tuesdays I show you the shoebox project I had for everyone to make.

It's another winter card. We got some snow last Sunday so makes it easy to be in the winter spirit :0) the trees are a SU set, the message is Savvy Stamps

We also celebrated Día de Reyes and surprisingly I was the only one that got a baby Jesus

2-year pocket calendar

On the 10th day of Christmas I show you my handmade gift for one of my sisters. This is a 2-year calendar. My sister likes the calendars that have big squares so she can put as many activities as she can so I buy the calendar wherever I find her needs, normally is a 2-year so I only make it every two years; this time I found it at the Dollar Store. I cover the front with something she likes as she will use it for two years this time it was a glittery paper by DCWV and used a Spellbinders die on red glitter paper but added some gray Copic Marker with airbrush system to tone down the red so it would match more the color on the paper

2016 Calendar

On the nineth day of Christmas I show you the last gift for friends and adoptive family. A 2016 pocket calendar. These calendars were from Taylored Expressions which I love as they're bigger and they have a chipboard backing

I made them in different colors mostly the colors they each like. It's in a tent card so they can just set close to where they normally sit or small enough to have in purse

The bottom is a Sizzix/Tim Holtz border folder

 on the inside it had a stamped message by Connors Collectibles that says

Some people enter our lives

and are quickly gone

Others stay longer and leave

footprints on our heart

And we are never the same

Pocket tissue box

On the eighth day of Christmas I show you another of my Christmas gifts. This one is a box for the pocket size tissues. I had seen several tutorials but none that I liked so made my own thing. It was just a box that fit the whole package with package. I made a big enough opening with a SU die so they could open and close the Kleenex package. One side was glued so they would only have one side to open and close to replace used package. I added some punched flowers out of a SU punch and added some liquid pearls as I wanted something that would not fall off when put on purse...I figure if something fall would be the whole flower :0)

Feliz Año Nuevo

Happy New Year and on this 7th day of Christmas I show you a New Year's card that I made using mostly supplies from the watercolor winter card kit by SU. I didn't want to make more Christmas cards so most cards I made with the kit were winter or New Year's :0) I colored the trees with Copic Markers Airbrush System the message is a stamp by Great Impressions, part of it as the kit had the glittery messages for Merry/Happy Christmas
