Today is our anniversary, amazing how fast 25 years have gone by!! I had a different plan for Bret's card but couldn't find what I wanted and I was too lazy to do it by hand or maybe it was time as I'm one to do some cards at the last week because I keep waiting for the new fold or new inspiration any way this is what I came up for his card.
The card is over size 4.75" x 8.5" the base is gray, then mounted a layer of black then my layer of metallic silver which I ran through twice with the falling petals textured impressions embossing folder by SU because there was a bit of a mark where the folder matched I added some of the oval thin frames by Honey Bee Stamps to cover it, not sure how people is able to emboss a bigger piece of paper with a smaller folder or maybe it's just my OCD that I can see the mark any way I told Bret I needed one of his empty beer cans (at this time he is drinking Coors or the ones the oldest makes), I used bottles & bubbles Framelits die by SU for the beer & cap. For the part of the "cap" I die cut it like 4 times at least and then colored it with a black Copic marker, for the heart, the beer right now has a limited edition summer 2020 so thought it was perfect so die cut that with stitched heart by Gina Marie Designs, I can't have beer so mostly when I drink at gatherings I drink white wine which is the only thing I can have so made my shaker card with wine glass W & F die by MFT and wine glass shaker pouches for the shaker bits I used cheers silver confetti by Kat Scrappiness, silver stargazer star confetti by Honey Bee
Stamps, shiny silver stars by Hero Arts from My Monthly
Hero June 2020 Kit and lastly the jewel sticker I got at Michaels many years ago, it was clear but didn't like it on the silver paper so colored with dark cool gray Copic
marker

Anniversary
Today is one of my dear friend's wedding anniversary and this is the card I sent her and her hubby. I wanted to use this new stamp butterfly for a while but seems never had enough time so made time finally and decide the combine with this other set so I could play with my Nuvo Drops.
First I stamped the outline of the Rubbernecker watercolor butterfly stamp then I die cut the heart with Gina Marie Designs stitched hearts die, then I stamped the second layer of the butterfly with distress oxide spray picked raspberry and fossilized amber then I sponged my grass with mowed lawn ink and the clouds with tumbled glass ink with a very old plastic stencil that had the clouds on top and grass on bottom and some other stuff in the middle. Mounted the layer on foam and then stamped the heart with amalgam whisper ink and then cover each dot with Nuvo Crystal Drops one line rhubarb crumble and one line gloss party pink

Tricorn Valentine's Card
After I did the mini Miura card I was going to do another card for Bret but then deciden to try this fold which as similar. It took a little longer to make than the mini Miura card but was fun.
The heart was a left over from another card and was done from a stitched hearts by Gina Marie Designs, the enamel dots are from Recollections, the messages is from one without names with fired brick ink,
for the hearts were die cuts and then cover with glossy accents. This is one side

Shoebox Tuesday
For today's project I have the project I should have done last week but I had to cancel our get together due to my annoying cough. The card was inspired by Mary Fish and it was a Christmas card since we were in the 12th days of Christmas, obviously we're done with Christmas and I didn't want to put away this project until July
It wouldn't have been hard since I have done this many times but sometimes I run out of boxes for my projects so decided to switch my message and it was just a good any day project. I looked around my desk since I had it a bit of a mess with half way project and these HA set had just the perfect message for the heart so this became the project
I used season like Christmas set by SU with smoky slate, basic gray inks for the tree and tumbled glass for the snow or ground added some rhinestones for bling, the message was also stamped in basic gray the set is thank you messages, the stitched heart die is by Gina Marie Designs at Kat Scrappiness
