Stampers' drop in

Today was Stampers' drop in make and take at Impress so a couple friends and I went. I had a gift certificate that needed spending :0) it hadn't been back since early this year as it's hard for me to get there. We had fun shopping.

Shoebox Tuesday

Happy December! Since today is the first day of December and normally I spend it decorating for Christmas did most of my decoration yesterday so my friends could see my Christmasy house :0) of course I had to have a Christmas project. I wanted to use this embossing folder by Crafts Too but I didn't want to color or piece it so decided to just make it a simple but elegant...at least to me :0)

The message is by Impress stamped with VersaMark and fine black embossing powder, pearls from my stash. The photo doesn't show but the paper has a shimmer texture

Doc Penguin

A friend was having surgery on both of his eyes and wanted to make him a card so used a set by My Creative Time for the background and the main image is an old Memory Box stamp colored with Copic markers. Used punches for matting the penguin

I only make cards but when you buy the paper packs there are so many pages that are totally for scrapbook and I just keep leaving them for someday I might use so finally did something with one of them :0) a very simple no stamping card just adding a message cut with SU die

Fall leaves

Another clean and simple fall card. The embossing folder is SU, the folders used on the die cuts from a Spellbinders die are SU & Cuttlebug

Shiny Fall

These cards once again are very clean and simple. The stickers were from Michaels...each word was in a different package and the stamp is by Impressions Obsessions colored with Copic Markers

Happy Thanksgiving

This card inspired on a card I saw on Pinterest. I am one of the guilty people Brian from Stamping with Brian mention :0(   For the most part I see the cards whether on Pinterest or blogs and then I go to my craft room and start playing sometimes I remember quite well the cards I like, other times not completely but my card is finished anyway. When posting I just mention it was from Pinterest only because I am lazy to go back and find the card to give proper credit so I'm sorry, I am trying to be better at writing the name of the creator of the cards I see that want to remake either the same or close. But of course it will be with the new cards I make as I am too lazy to go check who inspired me :0) I thank you all, the card makers that inspired us, you help us when we have inspiration blockage or just help is get our juices flowing :0)

Anyway, this card was fun to make, I used the Brother Scan N Cut for all the pieces, the sample I had seen were done with SU punches and dies
