Little butterfly note cards

My sister was looking for little notes after I told her these were the kind I could give her it turned out to be more like post-it note or pretty paper but she did liked the little cards I had so we exchanged the cards for the a leather backpack I wanted. Most cards were 2.75 x 4"

The message is by The Stamp Doctor and the butterflies are from a set by Sparkle N Sprinkle

Shoebox Thursday

For today's shoebox Kathy had a card I had been wanted to do I was just trying to get an actual balloon so I didn't have to punch both :0) Since she couldn't find her owl punch we only had the circles to use as balloons BUT I decided to wait until I got home and add the little thingy to look more as a balloon :0)

she had also sprayed the base paper with some sort of white shimmer

 

also, She embossed the paper and punched the circles for us...guess this time she did all for us we just had to attach the white twine and the balloons :0) Most folders are SU

This is another of the kits that Linda Bauwin had available AFTER the new SU catalog came out. I like butterflies and since one of my sisters really LOVE butterflies I tend to get a lot so I can someday use on her cards :0)

    

     

Shoebox Tuesday

For today's shoebox project I wanted a manly card :0) used mess embossing folder by Cuttlebug, three SU's stamp sets By the tide, gorgeous grunge and Lacy & lovely, also used early espresso baker's twine with sailor's knot. The shell was cut with Brother Scan N Cut

This is the other stamp of the month kit that Linda Bauwin was offering just before the new catalog came out. All stamps are from the set

This one was the least favorite card and it's not that I didn't like it is that I don't like block stamping I rather add color any other way :0)

   

Stippled Blossoms Stamp of the month card kit

Linda Bauwin sells I believe two card kits a month you get all supplies to make 5-6 cards including stamps/dies and pretty much you use ALL stamps on the set and there is a fun/fancy fold card. . When the new catalog was coming out she had two kits with retired stamp sets. This is one of them
I think this set didn't have any words so I used my own other than that everything else is SU

This one I don't know who makes the stamp but I seem to use quite often :0)
